City of Southlake

Dove Creek Trail Drainage Imprvts.
Value: $1,304,775.00
This project consisted of four locations across the city of Southlake that needed completely new drainage systems and concrete channels. We removed the old tinhorn crossings and replaced them with cast-in-place box culvert, concrete riprap and new concrete street over the top. One of the locations required a much larger cast-in-place box culvert and TXDOT headwall to ensure there would be sufficient drainage for years to come.

Jobson-Tripp Drainage Imprvts.
Value: $947,190.00
Located just 15 miles east of Dallas, this project crossed over and through Long Creek, fed by the East Fork of the Trinity River. Years of downpours and flash flooding had eroded the existing concrete culvert. We were able to demolish the old crossing, lower the existing water and gas lines, install new TXDOT culverts and headwalls and rock riprap in just a few months while local traffic was minimally impacted.

Hudson Hills

Eagle Ridge
Value: $2,477,351.00
These two subdivisions lie on the edge of Bartonville and Argyle and were the first of their kind in the area. Our work consisted of dirt, pipe, structures and nearly three miles of street paving.

Lake Ridge Pkwy Guardrail Replacement
Value: $713,382.00
This project would entail re-routing of 4-lane traffic crossing a bridge over Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prairie, near the Cedar Hill line. We removed 2,500’ of existing guardrail and installed a new concrete footing to ensure the new guardrail would not wash away down the steep bank into the lake. Temporary crossovers were implemented to limit the impact to local traffic.
